Mga Sirs, curious lang ako, dapat bang lagyan ng EMG Zakk Wlde and Greco or pinabayaan na lang ang stock pick-up? Nilagyan ko kasi ng ganitong pick up ang 1990 or 1980 Greco ko (not sure ang guitar dater). I can't remember anymore kung anong PUP's ang mabigat, ang emg ba o ang stock.

ano itsura ng truss rod cover? malalaman mo kung 80 or 90 based dun. yung pup na stock depende rin sa model ng greco so hard to tell. kung nasa yo pa yung stock pups kunin mo yung markings sa ilalim. |

hi....dang i feel good today... acquired this guitar july last year... the exact model of this guitar was a mystery til today, with details only such as; - made october 1976 - fret edge binding - maxon pups - pancake body - 2 piece maple top - replaced tuners to tulips - EG what  more pics now i know the exact model, i think...and i could haven't been happier selling it... thanks to fox hounds help... SURPRISE!! its an EG*** |

Anybody want to comment if this is really a "Mint Collection"?
I couldn't find the serial number (and I haven't looked under the pickups yet).
looks like a late 80s or early 90s korean mint collection: no serial, truss rod cover is bell instead of curve, unbranded tuners, hardware looks new. to confirm you need to look at the cavity. check out the rightmost example on this page: http://www.cosmikdebris.co.uk/grecopics.htm#seriallooks very nice tho |

super real? pics not super real..not sure though, serial starts with an "O", so according to my research this is probably early 80's greco les paul custom, long tenon neck. anyway, i just got the pick up rings so Im in the process of relicing it..or aging... I got cream pup rings, I think its going to look interesting with black |

Madami na din akong nakikitang naka post na Greco so baka puede din tayong gumawa ng sarili nating thread. Para din to sa mga interested sa Greco so we can share what we know. Here's mine:  It's a 1978 EG700 setneck, solid body (hindi pancake). All stock except sa tone pot at refretted sya. Eto specs: Mahogany one layer body Maple two piece top Mahogany one piece neck Rosewood Fingerboard U-2000 pickups Photogenic LP gamit ko nun and narealize ko na kung magpapamana ako sa baby ko ng gitara dapat yung may historical value. Hindi ko kaya ang Gibson hehe kaya I decided to get either a Greco, Tokai or Burny. Di naman ako nagsisisi dahil iba talaga ang tunog ng Greco bro, kala ko F/S yan eh. magkano ba? |

    Got my Greco LP dito sa Singapore. sale price..mura na din. hehe dami ng tama pero solid pa din tumunog. palit nlng ng Bone Nut, solb na lalo. Di ko makita kung ano model ng Greco ko..hehe la sya Serial number, pero ung plate sa likod MIJ ang nakalagay. ung pickup cavity di naman painted.. |
