The next Blues Night  in Conspiracy Bar, Quezon City is on Oct 5. Featured band is HUKA. According to the guys from the Pinoy Blues Club, they're one of the best. See guys in Conspiracy............

With due respect  to Allan Roy, kausap ko ang Conspi and they booked Firebottle and "D3" (me on resonator, Kakoi on resonator/harp, Reuben on dobro/lap steel) to be in this Oct blues night also.  i suggested the ff line-up pero it's up to Huka and Conspi to finalize:

D3
Huka 1st set
Firebottle
Huka 2nd set
... and so on...

Salamat sa Huka for agreeing to let us make singit sa gig nila.  Gig talaga nila ito, singit lang kami... We're privileged to open/do the intermission for them.  Malupit talaga ang Huka kaya nood na kayo!!!

Blues bruddah!  I'm sure the rest of the blues brother will drop by.  See you there! Sana naman maisingit mo itong gabi na ito sa yung hectic studies.

Pag mag-bar ka na, tugtog kami sa Taft Ave. tapat ng La Salle para ma-inspire ka to do well in your exam... :-)

Traditional song, It's the main song featured in the Movie "O Brother Where Art Thou?" staring George Clooney, This song was also sang by Jerry Garcia,BoB Dylan. but the Stanley Brothers where the one's who popularized the song.

blues, mostly... with liberal doses of rock, soul, gospel, jazz, country, ragtime thrown in for good measure.   8)
