VL Iso5 and Digital will fit under PT1.

Yes, master PT modder.  :) But will it fit along side a pp2+ plus all the necessary brackets (regular style not the universal type) for both PSUs?

Since you're going to drill a new IEC cable access and use PT brackets, Yes, it'll fit nicely alongside the existing PSU. The lenght of the Iso5/Digital is significantly shorter than the Supa-Charger.

Thanks, Bart! The ISO5 arrived last Saturday and I was so surprised how small it turned out to be. I also realised that it would fit alongside the Super-Charger without need of adding IEC holes. I saw that the ISO5's IEC outlet would align perfectly with the remaining stock PT hole if I were to invert the unit! So that's what I'm going to do, install the ISO5 with the bottom side up. Too bad that I won't be able to use the PT brackets I just got though. I would need the universal mounting type. For the meantime, while I'm ordering the universal mounting brackets, I will just try to put on the ISO5 using zip ties. If zip ties get in the way of the pedal and the PT's velcro points, I will try to stick the PSU with dual lock velcros. I'll post pics soon as I'm done with the temporary fix.

Did you try to fit it with the plugs attached? Did they clear the column?

Did not have to. Just tried fitting it a few minutes ago and noticed for the first time that the DC outlets were completely blocked by the columns as you are suspecting. Haha
Good news, at least, is that the brackets I bought won't go to waste after all.  :-D

It took some time but I was finally able to have an extra hole drilled on my PT-1 for an ISO-5.

Notice how it is not black in the insides:

So I'm thinking whether I should still paint the new hole and inards or not. I actually tried to do so with a paint pen but it is not as nice as I would like. Should I paint the new hole flat black or not? If yes, what is the easiest way to do so? Note that flat black metal paint is not easily available in cans at Ace or True Value branches. If I do not paint it, will the unpainted portion tarnish and corrode? What do you guys think?

Eventually, painted or not, this is how the PT would look with the extra PSU.

I would like to point out that the extra hole is exactly the same size as the original holes. The now middle hole is equidistant to both holes which will allow the use of a Pedal Power 2+'s aux AC jack as well. In my case, I will just need to swap the ISO-5's position to a PP2+.

nice clean cut..

you can line it up with some black wire piping...and super glue it around...find some black wire and slice it in the middle and take the copper wire out.. carefully then attach it along the edge..should look nice.

Another great idea! Thanks butI'm just opting for a flat black finish for now. Will try that 2 color scheme when my PT would need a complete "washover". But dammit, man! Now I couldn't help get that neon green (or yellow and even pink!) PT insides out of my mind!
