just visited mang max to have a couple of guitars looked at and checked by him. initially i was planning to have one of the guitar's necks replaced by him. he took a look at it and advised me not to do so.

he was very knowledgeable in terms of guitars and tones, and very honest in his dealings.

i really recommend him to anyone who needs guitar repairs.

yep parang ganyan nga, pero check na lang natin pag tapos na kung ano nga yung delta pups ni mang max ...di ko pa rin kasi alam yung config. nung PUPs eh kahit ine-explain na sa'kin ni mang max malalaman ko na lang siguro pag nagamit ko na

i guess its time you guys take good pictures of mr. max's creations if you want to support him, use a friend with a good SLR camera take good pictures and promote, no flash , natural light to show the finish of the guitar

the narra top can go a long way, either stain with blue so you get the cool blue top, and leave the sides natural

Yeah, I wish I got a good cam to capture the natural beauty of those guitars but unfortunately, I don't. I wanna get one though.

That Narra is more beautiful in person. I'm torn between that & maple for the top haha!

Yeah, I wish I got a good cam to capture the natural beauty of those guitars but unfortunately, I don't. I wanna get one though.

That Narra is more beautiful in person. I'm torn between that & maple for the top haha!
 

its called colgate now its almost done ill post it in the other thread, and also the the twin cherry poppins, and eligitimate tobacco burst,

lol i hope you can borrow a cam that captures the natural beauty of these guitars(cell cams just cut it lol)

yeah i know narra is beautiful, we have furniture that are made from it, how about staining it? that should give it more Oompah for creativity and leaving the side of that top unstained that should make into a good natural binding,

Mga song hingi ko lang mga opinyon nyo, masyado kasi mabigat body nung ml ko, balak ko sana ipa chambered nalang yung body..palagay nyo..maibibigay parin nung body yung warm sound at long sustain?..parang mang yayari kasi may pagka hollow na sya...ano sa palagay nyo?, di ako mapalagay eh...hehehehe
