sakin mas may WOW effect nga talaga yung mga magaling sa single peds kesa double peds. dream ko talagang matutunan yung mga heel-toe technique at yung tunog double strokes sa bass drum kahit isang pedal, ewan ko ba, ndi ko talaga magets kahit medyo matagal narin akong nagdradrums. haaaaaay.

o0 nga pala pag naka single peds ka kasi tapos nagagawa mo na para kang naka double peds sa bilis ng paa mo aba!! mapapa tingin talaga mga tao sa drumer pero kasi pag naka double peds ka tapos bumobilis ung bass drum beat mo alam na kagad "ay naka double peds kasi" hehe peace tyo kuya...

mga sir! help naman po. kasi po i currently have 3 items sa aking check list.

- New Beat HiHats
- K Custom Ride
- IC/Elims Single Pedal

my problem lies on the 3rd item, kasi po single pedal lang talaga ako, sa tugtugan ko po kasi hindi talaga applicable ang double peds. ano po mas maayos for heel-toe and sliding techniques? yung IC or Elim na single pedal? kung pwede po makahingi sana ng pros, cons and reviews niyo sa mga pedals na ito when it comes to feel, quality, etc. thanks!

ps: yes, ang tagal pa SOBRA bago ko matapos yang list na yan. sa totoo nga lang din, hindi ko alam kung ano ang uunahin ko pag-ipunan eh, all are upgrades kasi.

pero kung para sakin yun elims. ams gusto ko feel mas marami setings and mas malaki yun foot board nya kumpara sa IC yun sa IC kasi liit sir.

Proud to be a single pedal user...pearl eliminator p2000c (red cam)...hehehe...

IMHO, if i would explore using double peds...i would rather go for a 2nd bass with a 2nd single pedal...para two separate sounds and ngreresonate..but enough with that...single pedal solid!!!..hehehe

this is the most common reason of double kick players though personally i don't agree. it's like saying you can't hit the snare or any other drum with two hands because the 2nd stroke will hinder/choke the sound of the first. un lang hehehe.

plus double kick config looks monstrous. hehehe

it really depends on the user i guess, every user has their own opinion...i personally use a single bass drum with a single pedal..but i would totally agree on the monstrous appearance of the kit...
