PANALONG PANALO TONG SCALARIZER! hahaha! i have one word to describe it:

"BASTOS" (this also goes for all the modded pedals, particularly the BAKEMONO DS1!!!)

hahahahaahaha. grabe. i just got home from sir anton and sir jobet's studio in sto. domingo. kasama ko si balta. we met elmo, jepoy, chito, nuno, marco and toybits there. panalo kayo kasama! hehehe! ang kukulet! at sobrang salamat sa pag tulong sa plano ko sa mod, at sa pagshare ng wisdom! inuman naman next time!

i thank sir jobet and sir anton for being such geniuses in collaborating to invent such a magnificent contraption.

man.. the soundclips don't even do justice to these guys' works. you have to be there to experience the [gooey brown stuff]. wooo. tone heaven guys. that's all i can say. punta na kayo. requesting for clips and/or videos won't even capture the full 3 dimensional sound produced. kahit nga scalarizer lang, naknampucha, panalo na. all are available at affordable prices! at customizable pa ang pwedeng gawin nyo sa pedals nyo, depende sa taste nyo. san ka pa di ba? at mas ok dito, ok sila kasama lahat. it's my first time i've been with these guys, and hell, instant chums agad. panalo pa sa usapan at kulitan! hehehe. at eto pa, i didn't even bring something to get modded.. i just hung out there. kung tutuusin, sinamahan ko alng si balta na magpa scalarize ng guitar at magpa mod ng pedal nya. accommodating dun! kaya pumunta na kayo! hehehe. pero syempre, hearing the improvements sa tone, i'll have my sd2 modded and les pauls scalarized ASAP! hehehe! YEAH!

go BAMFX! more power chongs! inuman naman next time! :)

i just had my gold top scalarized!!!

waaaaaaaw! galing!

at first i was skeptical about it. that it was more of a psychological effect.
i was there for nearly 3 hours more, trying both
the metal core, the crystal and both at the same time, i really saw the difference!

your guitar looses any harshness that it has.
if you are a tone freak and is very meticulous about your tone
 this is a good investment!

I got the metal core scalirizer since it fits the sound that id want.
The crystal one is for those who are into a more twangy or "crystal" (hence the name)/glassy (without the harshness) sound

Sir jobet, elmo, anton salamat! galing!!

it was really great meeting all of you kanina (bitoy, titser marco, jepoy, chito)

Eyy Thanks for the glowing, smashing reviews. Gawd I'm gloating again, sorry ! It's just kasi, I don't see any smashing reviews about (cough) Titanium Tremblocks except from you-know-who. Now why is that ?? Hmmm....

Sige next time. Di nyo naman sinabi gusto nyo uminom, game ako (kahit tambak pa sa trabaho). Sayang. Ala tayong pulutan.

I was just wonderin' aside from the wood di ba pwede maging factor din yung PUPs na nakakabit sa guitar kung alin sa mga scalarizers ang perfect partner?

Aight.

The general rule of thumb is crystal for single coils, metal for humbuckers.

But hindi pa din. It will still depend on the personal preferences. Crystal was very good for LP's, but Balta liked the sound of metal on his LP. Personally din, I like crystal when on the clean channel, but the metal is undeniably (to my ears) better once you engage an overdrive pedal.

Which brings me to another rule of thumb, which can also be broken. Crystal for clean or near-clean music, and metal for hi-gain distortion. But like I said, it too can be broken. It's really in the ears of the guitar owner :D

At least now you feel how the rich lonely man feels when people ask for soundclips.

Anyway, I haven't tried the scalarizer but I think the risk of buying one is so diminuitive compared to getting a, titanium bridge...

BAMF, more power to you.  If you can send me your cellphone number baka bumili ako and i-recommend ko abroad...

Of course you can hear the difference in the clips, but the key phrase here is "soundclips can't do justice..."

i hear ya bro. :) but the point i'm putting more emphasis at is the change done to your guitar and/or pedal with just a few minor modifications that are surprisingly and definitely affordable. grabe talaga. pero yeah, i get your point regarding oas' stand regarding demoing and experiencing his stuff live. i just can't get over by the fact that i heard the effect of bamf pedal and guitar mods first hand.. naging absurd tuloy yung point ni sir alex gomez about better parts = better tone eh. wala lang. it's just my opinion so.. there.. hehe. good day :)
