haha.. nice.. interesting.. saw some kanina sa Lazer.. they go for about 1,800-2,000+ a piece.. true-bypass din ang nakasulat..

hehe.. i don't know how they compare to other pedals though, nor how they sound.. hindi ko kasi natry.. nasa harap lang at nakaplastic pa..

The High Gain Distortion's design looks like... Metallica. Also, the Crunch Distortion looks like an MI Audio Crunch Box.

Agree. I don't know what parts they use for those Joyo stuff. At least if you go for the local DIYers, you have the option to choose the parts you want. Plus, there's the great customer service.

Muntik na ako mapabili nung joyo na ultimate overdrive kahapon, bubuksan ko lang sana tapos bebenta ko na ulet.

There's really no harm in trying.. until one tries it out, we can never really tell how they fare with DIY or locally made ones..

parang cool cat.. mura lang sila, MIC(?).. pero people apprecitate them somehow kasi may mga sumubok na at nakapagbigay ng review..
i wouldn't mind getting one just for fun if i had some extra cash..

Yup you can go that route with your extra cash, folks can go and buy joyo pedals.
Go in a store, see cute pedal, extra cash, affordable.....impulse buy.

Pero pag di nila nagustuhan at ibebenta nila how much would the resale value be?

Still they can go buy those cute joyo pedals though.

I'll just clarify my statement.

I wouldn't mind buying one if i had some extra cash, provided that i will like how it sounds when i try it in the store.. otherwise, i wouldn't bother even if it's dirt cheap..

resale? i dunno. a few hundreds for a loss is expected, as with any other second hand gear.. it's up to the seller..

I was able to try the Crunch Distortion. Ok naman siya. Kaso compressed siya, medyo limited tuloy yung dynamics. But hey, not a bad thing if you're a shredder all the way, or you have a pickup that lacks a little punch.

yung EQ mukang okay. the others are risky, it all depends on you. pero tulad nga ng sabi nung nag post. kung mga danelectro may natutuwa sigurado meron din matutuwa dito. muka namang may pangalan sa china to hehehe

pag may EQ sa lazer matest at mabili...
