Hello PhilMusic Forum Members,

As Jim Ayson mentioned last month, we are in the process of trying out the Rating Widget at PhilMusic.com

After a series of test, we are making the Rating Widget available to the members of the community. Attached to this post is a detailed easy-to-follow instructions on how you can have your Rating Widget for your profile.

Instructions:

How to create your own Rating Widget for SMF-Forums

Step 1: Go to www.gorated.ph to create your own Rating Widget.

- Click the “Facebook-Login” button at the front-page to create your own Rating Widget. (We are using your Facebook Account to make the rating experience "Social Proofed".)

Step 2: Choose “Create your own GoRated Public Profile”.

- For online community / forum members, this is the category that we prepared specially for you.

Step 3: Get your own script for the Rating Widget.

- Make sure that you clicked the “SMF” tab (1) and the radio button set to “Rate this user” (2). (Awesome Tip: You can make your Rating Widget standout by clicking the "Blink" effect.)

Step 4: Integrating with your SMF-Forum profile.

- Make sure that you are logged-in with your own forum account. Edit your profile by clicking Profile > Forum Profile.

Step 5: Pasting your Rating Widget script to your Forum Profile.

- Paste your own Rating Widget script at the “GoRated Rating Widget” field and save the changes by clicking “Change Profile” button.

Congratulations! You now have your own Rating Widget at your profile.

- Click Profile > Summary to go to your own profile.

PS: Rejoice! PhilMusic.com is the first Online Community in the Philippines to utilize the Rating Widget for their sellers/members.

Hello PhilMusic.com members,

We already made the first step on making our PhilMusic Classifieds Section Scammer-less.   Help the community grow this momentum so that our World will be a better place one online seller with Rating Widget at a time.

Just from this week, we got at least 20-30 users (we assume) from PhilMusic since their profile pictures has musical instruments on it. We can see their names but not their PhilMusic handles/username.

So far, here are the PhilMusic members that I know with their Rating Widget installed on their PhilMusic profiles.

Aside from these members, who else got the Rating Widget installed on their profile? Reply "I am now Rated and Awesome" if you got the Rating Widget on your profile already. Thanks.

For those who haven't installed the Rating Widget on your PhilMusic.com profile proceed to this thread: http://talk.philmusic.com/index.php?topic=287569.0

PS: I'll be posting some tips soon on how you can maximize the usage of your Rating Widget.

Like! Must try This  ^-^

ragdefalcis:
Very nice  robertshanepascual.

Just let me know if you have it already.  :)

robertshanepascual:
Bro, it seems like Facebook Log-in is required to create a Widget? What if I do not have one?

ragdefalcis:
 :-(

For now it is required.

One of our assumptions is to build your online-reputation through your own social-network.
