Looking for an Engineer

Can someone point me to a really good Mixing and/or Mastering Engineer from Manila who has experience with dance music tracks, and whom you think can be a good educator/presenter? I heard about Zach Lucero's name. If he is the guy, can someone point me on how to get in touch with him? Or an alternative will do. Thank you.
