good day po mga sirs!!
sana po yung hindi masyadong mahal...i'm on a tight budget po kasi...
is there a cheap guitar tuner na pwedeng pang intonate ng guitar? :?

Any decent hand held tuner will do.
Try the Korg CA-30. Im pretty sure its available locally.

Any chromatic tuner will do the job.  You can buy any of the popular brands (Ibanez, Korg, Matrix, etc.) from any music store.  Personally, I use Boss TU-12H that has an analog meter & LED tuning guides when installing a fresh set of strings.  I use Ibanez TU-30 for all-around carry-anywhere normal tuning and intonation.
