ako, we had a band class nung HS and i picked up the alto sax. matagal ko na gusto makahawak at matuto. dahil kay... lisa simpson. hehehehe. i found the instrument to be soooooo sexy. 8-)

started to learn how to play the trumpet when I was 10 years old. my uncle was a musician, a brass band musician, kaya gusto niya matuto rin ako. ganun sa province. enjoy naman. masaya. maraming magagandang experiences.

Bro ako kaya ko biglang nahilig sa sax....
kasi minsan sa gig namin Theatrino green Hills, sa back stage may nagwawarm up na saxophone player.. aztig ung player! naramdaman ko yung mga licks at melody nya.. galing sa puso! kahit na improvise lang.. ibang kalse talaga.. may blues line pa sya kaya mas nakaka agaw attention..simula nun nahilig nako makinig ng may mga brass at winds instrumens.. kaya naghahanap ako ngayon ng alto sax. tingin ko mas malalabas ko yung music and emotions ko pagnagsasax nako.. well sana makahap nako ng Saxophone...
Kaya ngayon Stop muna ako mag bass and i will start a new challenge!
I want to feel MORE MUSIC!!!!

theatrino? baka si sir mike yun. sax teacher ko dati. hehehe. :) magandang investment yan pare. :D

well!......this was way back 1991 4th year HS, started to play Saxophone on HS Band, out of curiosity, if m capable to play wind instrument, well.......so far so good.... :-D

I started playing the trumpet because I found the idea of being able to play just one instrument boring and not to mention limiting.

The very first time I heard Paul Desmond's Take Five and Ben Webster's My Romance, I hastily bought an alto sax thinking that it is something I can learn without the help of a teacher, but I was wrong. :oops:
..now I have my sax under my bed, nevertheless, still enjoy listening to a lot of sax players. It was the instrument that opened my ears to Jazz music- yun na lang ang consuelo de [grape] sakin. :-D

I used to bring my younger brother to our local brass band and fetch him afterwards.. until one time the TUBA(Sousaphone) was there lying around i tried to play a bit not knowing the teacher was watching so he called me up and said " o maupo ka na jan sumabay ka na dito sa mga bata mag lesson" so it started i earned up a spot in the band afterwards i had to give it all up when i started working

hehe ganito din reason ko, 1997 nagbalak un music teacher namin bumuo ng marching band for high school,para makasali sa parades and at the same time sali competition, (if you're familiar with panagbenga sa baguio sumasali kami dun dati..) anyway, di ko gets nung una kung anong band un gusto buuin ng teacher namin akala ko orchestra-piano,violin etc.. dahil bilib ako kay vanessa mae,gusto ko magviolin, un pala marching band meron,e idol ko din talaga si LISA SIMPSON kaya un gusto ko sax narin,saling pusa lang ako dati dahil wala pa pang bili sila erpat ng sax,pag my practice nandun ako kahit wala pang instrument,siguro nakita nila erpat na desidido ako matuto and interesado talaga ako kaya jan 1998 gulat nalang ako nakahiga sa kama ko Conn na sax yahoo!! pang student lang sax ko pero maganda un brand kaya laking tulong sakin un,,lalo pa't un ang naging tulay ko para matapos pagaaral ko hnggng college dahil sa scholarship.. ayus!

he's a baritone player sa brass band dito sa "BANDA 1 tipas taguig",, halos lahat anak at kaming mga apo nya tinuruan, and nag papasalamat ako nakatulong sakin, "to read and write notes"

im a flute and clarinet player, minsan jamming tayo, hehehehe
