fitness.

ive been doing it for awhile on and off, but i never found myself spending on it much. my Polar rcx3 is probably the most expensive purchase (its not even as expensive as a wampler pedal).

i'm excited to get my elevation training mask next month! ... perhaps i'd spend on new clothes when i lose more weight. i always wanted to wear those rash guards.

Bike - cheapo bikes eh mahal pa rin! 7k up, tinitingnan ko minsan iniisip ko, kung strat kaya ito? kasi di naman ako naglose na ng weight.

Oto - kailangan, pero mahal na gastos, like repairs, pm and some minor necessary setups

Ang dami ko ring pinasok na ibang hobbies para matanggal ang GAS sa gitara. Eh ang nangyayari nagkakaroon ng maraming ibang GAS! Eto mga pinasok ko:

- Ibang music: electric violin (di naman marunong), cymbals, snare, drum heads, MIDI controller, headphone amp, audio interface, microphones. GAS para sa turntable, speakers, sax, digital drums.
- biking: mall bike, pedals (hanggang dito pedal pa rin), lights, air pump. GAS para sa tyres, yung mga gears thing, shifter.
- reading: ereader, hardbound books, paperbacks. GAS para sa UP Diksyonaryo.
- cooking: ingredients, baking pans, mixer, mixing bowls, rolling pin, knife set, cutting board, sharpening stone, honing steel, steel-bottomed pan, waffle maker. GAS para sa thermometers, KitchenAid, pizza stone, silicone cups/liners, ceramic knives.
- pagiging hipster: espresso maker, single-origin medium roast coffee beans, glasses. GAS sa coffee grinder, aero press, manual espresso machine, moka pot.
- home improvement: trash cans, soapdishes, Command hooks, folding desk, shelves, Pledge, Febreeze, steel soap. GAS sa air bed, corkboard, steel board, toilet plunger.
- photography: Nikon film SLR (nakalimutan ang model), Canon 550D, external flash, remote flash radios, expired 35mm film. GAS sa instax mini 8, shoot through umbrella and stand, tripod, soft box, long tele, 40mm prime.

. natigil ako sa guitar related GAS kaso
napalitan naman ng GAS sa magagandang piyesa ng motor. pero ngyn wala ng ibang hobby, Pagbili na lang ng Laruan para sa mga Kids

I'm a bookworm. Sometimes a good book keeps me from the guitar and distracts my thoughts from GAS.

I found that a good supernatural-based series also does the trick.

This thread's fine. It's in the context of GAS, anyway.

I box, run and do weight training to keep myself fit. I haven't been very active in the GAS scene since I resumed training, hence my lack of posts as of late. P15,000-20,000 worth of shoes, clothes and other accessories will go a much longer way in physical fitness compared to buying pedals, amps or guitars.

But at the end of the day, guitar GAS still remain as guitar GAS. I buy one or two gundam kits, I just lessened my funds for additional guitar gear...and so on. Eventually, my cost of acquiring the Gundams could amount to one decent tube amp or so. Haha.

It's fun , though.

Same thing goes for me and this definitely killed my GAS for a while (and my pocket)

so my solution was to teach guitar as a part time job and earn a little extra for this hobby

Hirap kasi ng toy collecting din eh. There was a time when I was collecting Transformers toys, I'd buy 2-4 of the same item. One is in the box, one that I play with, one that is a Japan variant/exclusive (that will be left in the box) and another variant to play with

Ang hindi ko nagawa is a diorama of some battles. Hirap sumunod sa correct scale.

It killed GAS, but like what others said, it killed the fund too, he he he.

Mag alaga ng mga anak.lol
running, and other sports though gagastos ka din sa apparel
seriously i'd settle with a RK Telecaster, yun tapos tama na.
