Wanted to seek advise as my boston noisegate (Recently purchased in JB-3months pa lang) seems to be busted. Kahapon lang nangayari. So bale, when engaged, wala na tunog or slowly nagkakaroon tapos kahit hindi engage ang distortion, parang nadidistort yung tunog na parang scratchy pots. When I switch it off, literal na wala ng tunog na lumalabas. So what I will do is unplug the power and reconnect then lalabas ulit tunog. Then when I engage the pedal again, same problem ulit. Volume and other knobs are off to make sure I eliminate all possible issues and still the same results kahit volume lang switch on. I had an ng100 dati pero 2007 or 2008 pa ata then I sold it before. Was looking for NS2 and used this as an alternative. It honestly gets the job done until I encounter this issue. Any thoughts on how I can get this fixed? Sayang pedal eh, 3 months pa lang. I got it on sale as well. Thanks
