nice look (doesnt have to be killer)

usually neck (chunky, greater the 7.25" radius), acoustic sustain and resonance, weight and looks
pickups are replaceable

looks are secondary, but still important. i've seen of some great guitars that just don't work for me
in the looks dept (parker fly, klein)
