mukhang mapapadalas na tambay ko dito,
sa bahay lang din ako magwoworkout, may db naman na 25lbs, pwede na ba yun?

ano ok na routine para sa mga nagsisimula pa lang?
target ko talaga mawala na yung fats ko, btw di ako umiinom ng softdrinks masama epekto sa tyan ko nun haha,
tapos pag nabawas bawasan na yung taba, goal ko naman magka abs,
yung sa chest naman medyo firm ng onte wala namang man boobs, pero onting fine tune pa,
main target ko sana magka abs,

mag research pa ko para sa mga terms and ok na program,
gusto ko lang sana makuha yung opinion niyo kung sakali,

marami ka ng magagawang exercise with your dbs. kaya lang di magtatagal eh lalakas ka at ma-a-outgrow mo yung weight. i suggest doing bodyweight routine then you can use your dbs for isolation exercises like db curls, tricep kickbacks and shoulder press...

for chest, you can do push ups
back - pull ups or horizontal rows
legs - lunges or split squat

pag di na challenging yung mga bodyweight exercises, you can use ur weight plates to add resistance. all you need is a backpack...do weighted push ups etc...



as per program, kung fatloss goal mo for now, maganda yung power 90 ni tony horton

Ano advice nyong magandang fat burner? Di naman ako mataba pero kailangan ko lang talaga tapyasin yung fats sa tiyan ko. Naipon dahil sa beer e.

Oo nga nakalimutan ko to, dati kankunis yung gingamit ko, pumayat naman ako kahit papano. Parang feeling ko lang kasi na mas mabilis pumayat pag gagamit ng fat burning pills e. May suggested ka ba na brand ng green tea?

you eat more. eat often. observation nung isang tiga MH forum eh yung karamihan ng mga taong sinasabing ang lakas nila kumain, usually sa isang kainan lang ung tinutukoy nila. after nung isang meal na "lakas kain" nila, di na sila kakain ng ganon kadami. solution is to eat more and eat often. 5-6 meals per day

if u wanna get big you have to eat BIG...2500-3000 calories per day diet ka...but the catch is you have to divide it to 5-6 meals per day...

mga tol . curious lang ako ah. bkit recommended na uminom ka muna ng mga supplement bago ka mg break fast ? di prang baliktad? break fast muna bgo ka uminom ng supplement ? just curious lang..  kc ako im taking a fat burner . eat muna ko break fast bgo mg workout. bkit kea ? curious lang .. HAHAHA.

18 years old pa lang. ang hirap kasi dito eh, walang rice sa amin panay ang tinapay. 100 lbs lang ako..  :lol:

you can do bodyweight exercises or download one of tony horton's fitness videos. I am currently doing the power 90 in home bootcamp. There are weight gain powders in the market however there is no need to take those stuffs. kain ka lang ng kain tataba ka

@Davidorg: it depends on what supplement you're going to take. Pag mga protein supplement you can take it before or after your meal. fat burners kase usually ang intake neto is before workout

i see, pero weird kasi napapansin ko pag kulang ako sa tulog lakas ko kumaen at dun ko nararamdaman ang pag gain ng weight ko.

I have zero knowledge about this, i did what they say an overall kahapon. Gusto ko sana malaman kung ano yung mga dapat kong kainin o inumin na nabibibili naman sa pilipinas hahaha. Mga dapat para makatulong sana sa pagggym ko, atsaka tips narin. Kasi nga ngayon pa lang ako nagventure sa ganitong bagay. thanks! btw magbbackread narin po ako.
