I have zero knowledge about this, i did what they say an overall kahapon. Gusto ko sana malaman kung ano yung mga dapat kong kainin o inumin na nabibibili naman sa pilipinas hahaha. Mga dapat para makatulong sana sa pagggym ko, atsaka tips narin. Kasi nga ngayon pa lang ako nagventure sa ganitong bagay. thanks! btw magbbackread narin po ako.

iwas lang sa mga processed food. for protein, best choices are chicken breast, eggs, lean meat, fish, canned tuna. for carbs, pwede na yung white rice, oatmeal, brown rice, wheat bread. eat lots of veggies....what do you mean overall?


i see, pero weird kasi napapansin ko pag kulang ako sa tulog lakas ko kumaen at dun ko nararamdaman ang pag gain ng weight ko.

naranasan ko din yan kasi dati ako sa call center nagttrabaho. pero masama din naman yung puyat. kailangan mo ding makapagpahinga kasi dun nagrerecover yung muscle. basta sa una, kung talagang payatot ka, pilitin mong kumain ng 5-6 meals per day....

sabi nung instructor duon s agym overall daw yung dadaanan ko. kasi daw kakasimula ko palang, baka dahil wala pa kasi kong bukol bukol na muscle hehehe.

overall ibig sabihin full body workout? tama ba?

tuloy mo pa din yan tol . natural lang yan . 1st time mo lng ba mg buhat ? kc the more na hihinto ka muna mg gym until the pain is gone the more sasakit yan .. pero pg nag tagal mwawala din yan ..  :mrgreen:

5-6meals? full meals yon?

dpende saTDEE. ito yung calories na kailangan mu itake in a day. example, 2200, ididivide mo siya into 6 tapos yun yung amount of calories na dapat mong itake per meal.

kung gusto mo magkalaman, you need to have an excess calories and lift heavy.

Ganyan din ako the first time na nagbuhat ako,  nabigla lang siguro muscles mo. Pero pag tagal, masasanayan na ng muscle mo yung sakit. No pain no gain ika nga.

@gamer21: kung masakit katawan mo it means na ripped ka. good workout yung nagawa mo kase your muscles are torn. wag mo agad ibuhat pahinga ka ng 1-2 days. give your muscles some time to heal kase pag binuhat mo ulit yan your muscles will tear ulit let heal and build new muscle tissues. mas maganda nyan  ikain mo yan ng protein rich foods or protein supplement para mabilis magheal yung muscles at the same time hindi mawala yung pump nung muscles.

search mo sa google "bodyblast multiply" or supplement avenue. wag na wag ka bibili sa mall. ang layo ng presyo. yung dalawang pinapasearch ko sayo ayos kausap yang mga yan. pero tanong lang, bakt tingin mo kailangan mo mag supplement?

Gusto ko po tumaba ang everything im a 14 year old. nag gygym na ako currently 115 pounds. Nakukulangan ako sa weight any supplements or gym routine that you guys can help me THANKS :D
