EDIT:

PED-3A - 18 outputs x 9.75vdc @ 3500mA]
  • sir lateralis new music buddy
  • 2" height x 3" depth x 6" width
  • With 12 pedals on - current was drop to 3.25A or 3,250mA and 9.48vdc (as sir lateralis and his friend paul was watching while i was doing the testing).

oh yeah!  :-)

this psu is a monster!

imagine, a psu that's built like a tank & can handle 18 pedals including multi-effects processors & the size/dimension is almost the same as that of a boss pedal!  :-o

honestly, i requested emil to make me an 18-output-psu w/ 3000mA only,
but this guy's so generous that he went beyond what i expected -he made it w/ 3500mA!  :-o

no wonder manuel legarda (yes! the legendary guitarist from the now disbanded wolfgang! :-o one of my favorites!)  :-)chose him to make his psu.

as a person who doesn't know anything about electronics, :? i asked other psu makers as well about what would be best for my pedals.
but they didn't tell/inform me about what's safe & what's not for my effects.

well, no need to worry anymore. 8-) this unit is so affordable compared to branded psus & other psus made by other makers as well. :-o

i'm very thankful i met this guy here @ philmusic (thanks philmusic!)  :-)

emil, you rock dude! keep on doing the great job!
regards to mrs.murillo as well (emil's wife led us on the way to their home office).

God bless! :-)

Help naman po.  Baka may makunan tayo ng mga SMD parts dito:

  • SMD resistors.
  • SMD capacitors - electrolytic, tantalum, non-polar.
  • SMD IC/Transistors.
  • SMD inductors.
  • SMD rectifier bridge/diode.
  • SMD GDT/MOV/TVS/LED.

Tnx. 8-)

It's an indicator na din kung may power yung outlet na sinasaksakan mo (green LED).  That is kung naka-off yung switch.  Then after turning the switch on, yung red LED naman ang i-ilaw indicating that the Vout is flowing or simply, the psu is ON.  then the green LED will shut-off.

Parang sa mga T.V. natin may standby mode.  DVDs, Components, even on motherboards.

May nakukunan si utol ng mga ganyan sa taiwan.  Kilo-kilo ang bentahan kaso hindi nga stable.  Especially if your need a few specific parts tapos 5 pcs out of 500 pcs lang ang mahahanap mo.  Definitely may makakahoy kaso you cannot rely on it really kasi hindi nga stable ang supply ng piyesa.  I really need a stable supply of materials.  Siguro naman kahit 1 gross per order eh ok lang basta mas makakatipid instead of importing from abroad.   :-)
