Nice shots. Ako din, kakabili ko lang nung D40 ko last April 18. Bought it at Hong Kong at 28K may kasamang bag, 2gig SD card, Tripod and a Hoya UV filter. I also bought a 55-200mm Nikkor lense at 9.8K

yeah.. =) kitlens is really good kung tutuusin.. kahit ung kebigan ko na potog na naka canon 20d eh nagulat sa output ng kitlens ko.. coz his 20d kitlens isnt performing like our d40 kitlens hehehe =)

actually i learned that trick when i first used a bow

Galawin mo shutter speed para mawala ang blur. Pero pag nasobrahan ka ng bilis sa shutter magiging madilim ang pics mo. Pag madilim kuha mo adjust ka na lang ng ISO kaya lang pag mataas ang ISO mas madaming noise ang pics.

It's helpful to have a big stomach... You can rest your elbows on your stomach to help keep the camera steady when taking a shot...

naku, parang gusto ko na ring magkaroon ng d40 ah! hehehe. magkano kaya ang idadagdag ko kung sakaling i-trade ko ang f55 film ko sa isang d40 or lower models? (isn't it that the d40 is the lowest end of the Nikon dSLRs?)
