1. "Is it true about the rumour that Fender will move to JB?"
A: No it's not true.
2. "Will you guys bring in the EVH stuff?"
A: Yes we can, but for special order basis only in the meantime.
3. "In addition, why are your Fender Prices on the USA models equivalent of Custom Shop models?"
A: Are they? I don't think so sir.
"What is the cost structure of your pricing? What exchange rate do you use?"
A: Being NEW here in the company, I'm not knowledgable yet about the pricing structure. Personally sir, business-wise, nobody will discuss their price structure in public.
4. "What about warranty on Fender USA guitars? Suppose the neck moves, will Fender USA thru Yupangco replace the guitar?"
A. As far as I know sir, Fender warranty policies are different in every country. For the scenario you mentioned, we will treat this in a case-to-case basis.
5. "Given your expensive prices probably U.S. Suggested Retail price at Maximum Exchange rate, can you at least request Fender USA to hand pick the good sounding ones?"
"There is this gold finished Fender Showmaster Custom Shop that does not sound as good as the cheaper non Custom Shop Fender USA models at your Buendia branch. Worse, there seems to be a credit card sized thick gap at the neck pocket joint between the body and the neck."

6. "In addition, since you brought in an EJ model and a Hot Rod vintage model, can you bring in at least 10 of each so we can pick out the good sounding ones and send back the bad sounding ones? Its better for us to be able to see and test from a batch."
