Who can custom-make for me a time-aligned full-range 12" speaker + tweeter?

I want to have a custom 12" driver + tweeter concentrically placed where the tweeter and woofer are time-aligned.  I want it to be a hi-fi-sounding pro audio speaker which I intend to use to mic signals from digital amp emulators (eg. Vox Tonelab, Line 6 POD, etc.)  Maybe 80W is enough as I intend to use it with a custom-designed 30W class A tube amp.
