Nyetang Coke at Pepsi yan. Pansin ko pag uminom ako ng softdrinks, tumataas ang timbang ko kinabukasan. Anything tinapay at mataas sa sugar iniiwasan ko lalo na yung mga drinks (cola, fruit juices, iced tea, gatorade). Kumakain pa rin ako ng rice pag gabi.
