JVM just because the DSL100H is a Made in Vietnam, budget-line Marshall. Which is eeewww...  Hahaha! Just kidding.

Got to use a DSL100H once. It's got the Marshall sound. But the fit and finish is tacky. Di ko trip yung pattern sa tolex, tapos iba rin ang feel pag hinawakan parang manipis.

yes, but the good thing is, she's not that fizzy even she's all stock. When it comes to clean, DSL is better, but when it comes to dirt, i prefer the JCM.

thanks bro.
i think i'll just break in the 70-80 speaker. they are good enough for my needs as of the moment. if ever i'm going to change the speaker, i think i'm gonna choose the creamback.

Just got a DSL50 recently and I'm still in the process of getting a good live tone for it. Just realized that I get buried in the mix if I leave the tone shift on. Also, started boosting it with SD-1. There's a subtle difference in tone ( I play high gain on lead 2) but very useful.

Naligaw ako sa Reverb.com and nakita ko ito:

If you have $18K to spare for an amp...will you buy that?

Question lang sa mga experts. Di ba talaga maganda yung MG Series nitong Marshall? Ano ba advisable model ng Marshall ang magandang investment? Thanks

Go JCM 800. That amp can do everything, with the correct pedals. the old ones are better basta all stock and di laspag. If you cant find one, get a friedman. they're better at nailing that marshall tone even better than marshall nowadays.

DSLs suck.

So are MGs.

but if you happen to make the mistake of buying either of those. crank the master then use the preamp gain as the master volume. marshalls are known for their power amp distortion/overdrive. atleast youll feel the push of air coming from a real marshall.

Thanks for the info sir. I will consider the tip. I just bought an MG30cfx 2 months ago I think, di ko sobrang ma-enjoy. Nakukulangan ako sa volume. Home used lang naman since I'm just starting to learn the electric guitars. I'm planning to replace it, hence the question. Thanks again!
