Si kenny wayne shepherd - Mas gusto ko yung luma niya na ala SRV kesa yung mga huling album na bumigat na yung tugtog.

Si john mayer - Everytime i watch him play, it never cease to amaze me. Ganda yung mga blues licks and lines niya eh. Pati tone niya gusto ko.. Rinig na rinig yung kapal ng tunog..

Si derek trucks - I love how he uses his finger para kalabitin ung gitara, ganda ng voice ng gitara tuloy. Love his licks too.

kenny wayne is great. jonni lang---great guitar, great voice.

joe bonamossa----ung singer ng flying rat's ass turned me on to him. favorite ko din ang style nya.

john mayer is bluesy.......ding blues on his own songs. it's not completely blues like delta or chicago style......but i think he is highly influential coz he got kids who wouldn't normally listen to blues to listen.

There are a lot of great, new blues players. Each with his/her own style. Pero walang "the best..."

Aside from those already mentioned above, there's also Keb Mo, and Doyle Bramhall II; and what's the name of that guy who plays blues on a pedal steel? He came out on Crossroads Festival dvd...

... and my personal favorites (tho not new gen) Anson Funderburgh and Buddy Whittington
