In your opinion: bakit biglang nauso ang DSLR?

heheh mismo pre! ni hindi nga yata marunong magset eh.. panay auto (green dial) or no flash lang ang ginagamit nila.. nag DSLR pa.. (nag point and shoot nalang sana di pa mangangalay leeg nila), ako nga tamad na tamad ako bitbitin yung camera ko unless may kukunan talaga ako.. doesnt beat the purpose eh kung street photography lang din naman may cellphone camera naman ako at photoshop, bawiin nalang sa anggulo 

well kanya kanyang trip lang naman yan.. walang pakielamanan kumbaga.

lets say nalang na maraming kayang sumunog ng pera for "kicks" kahit kulang pa sa skills.. parang yung mga bumibili ng supercars (Ferrari/Lambo) na ibinabangga lang nila.. at yung mga may skills naman ay walang resources to acquire better things kaya will just make use of what they have.

bakit biglang nauso ang DSLR? = kasi LUMA NA ANG SLR...

DSLR = mas convenient gamitin. Pero for us PROFESSIONALS ( kami yung mga naghahanapbuhay bilang photographers ), iba pa rin yung kuha ng 35mm Film. Then, may mga clients din na gusto nila ng FILM... especially the documentaries. We use the SLRs for some critical and fact finding situations... You get what i mean? the FILM is an evidence of TRUTH...

hightech na kasi ngaun eh. curious lang cguro ung iba sa DSLR, ako rin na curious nga eh hehe kaya pinag aaralan ko din ngaun, kaso ang mahirap neto ngaun pano ko makaka pag aral ng photography kung ang tingin ng iba ehh poser lng pla ko aww, dapat mg share na lng ng talent ung ibang PRO. para ung mga poser na kagaya ko matauhan haha  para hindi lang naka sabit sa leeg ung slr awww

affordable..saka easy access na... di ko lang sure baka na automatic yung iba pag gumagamit ng DSLR kasi may ganun akong experience... dati nung nasa collage way back in 2004 di pa uso yung dslr although meron na kaso mahal ,tamang FM10 pa gamit ko ,, sobrang wish ko na simple automatic na camera lang gamit kasi pag sa slr kelangan pa adjust yung apperture saka yun shutter speed so di ka agad makapg take ng pix, tapos  pa print pa yung pix para makita, pina ka best eh pag gamit ng black n white tapos print sa dark room.. kahit mabaho yung amoy ng mga chemical eh nakakamis ..so ngyon easy access na ,, minsan 15k may dslr ka na ..

For those who bought dSLRs without even knowing how it functions, brag that they have one, and don't intend to be a professional, sana nag Oly PEN na lang sila, or Leica.

Wag mangamba pren. You just need to shoot and shoot and shoot. Bring your tripod, flash, and everything else. The web has gazillions of resource materials for you to learn, all the animate/inanimate things as your model, and you have the entire world as your studio.

Wala akong paki kahit ano sabihin ng mga tao sakin.. poser, nakiki uso, pasikat, papogi. etc... As in wala.. Basta makuhaan ko lang yung gusto kong angulo o composition. yun na yun..
Tsaka karamihan naman ng nag sasabi nun yung mga inggitero 

Sa tingin ko kaya "nauso" kasi mas "affordable" na ngayon. tsaka mas madali na i-publish (internet). Nung nauso din naman Honda XRM tingin ng madami papogi lang din yung may mga ganun.. 

BTW Newbie lang po ako at dito ko lang nalaman na uso pala DSLR..

bro theres much more to it than angles and composition....ang mga gumagamit ng dslr...customized ang settings kase it compensates for too much or too little lighting.... you cant always depend on your flash to make everything brighten up....there are things to consider like your ISO setting or how much light you want the aperture to enter....it really depends upon the conditions of where your using your camera...

Ser sa pagkakasabi ko nang "compositions and angle" kasama na syempre yung pag timpla ng ISO, Shutter Speed etc..  Kung puro "chak chak chak" lang gusto kong gawin edi sana nag point and shoot na lang ako..

Cost has largely contributed to the popularity of DSLRs.

For some they buy it for the status symbol it has among peers.

While others buy it for the image quality short of a medium format can exceed it.

A lot of photogs with legacy lenses from the time of film are enjoying their old kit yet again with the convenience of digital.

Now, since the last posting of December 08, 2010 the image quality of mirrorless interchangebale lens cameras (MILC) have reached a point that image quality is almost as good as DSLR and cost much less. MILCs have the added bonus of being a lot smaller than DSLRs due to the exclusion of the mirror in the camera.

For me the best camera you will ever own is the one with you always. That being the case my best camera is the smartphone that I am more than willing to upgrade biannually through a plan.
