I loaded yesterday of 30 pesos and suddenly deducted 13 pesos without any call or text made in my behalf. Also that I have no any subscription or promo registration.
Follow up thru costumer hotline can not resolve the issue. Although I received a text message from SMART lately with SR# 612725822 confirming my complaint is valid but not refunded until now.
