I knew it was a Fernando Ebe Dancel was using. A friend of mine saying it was a Fender.

I would agree that the alder used by Fernando are not the good ones. Medyo light siya. Pero for me, it's better than basswood and agathis. IMHO.

wondering if what copy siya, if meron may alam please let me know, balak ko kasi bilin tong strat na to nacurious kasi ako sa fernando unique series..

Any stratocaster that is not Fender or Squire by brand, is already a strat copy. Definitely, that is a copy.

BTT, i have one. The unique series is made in Korea, has serial number sa neck plate, and uses maple fretboard. The made in china ones are made of rosewood.

Soundwise, well, quite decent. My problem with it is its tuning stability. You need it tune it from time to time if you'll use it sa gig. Can be a performance wise guitar if set up correctly.

yes they do.sayang nga at ko kinuha yung sale nila dati.nasa 7k lang.would have made a very good beater guitar.ahehehe.

Bought a Fernando Unique Series S-S-S Strat yesterday. Awesome playability and very nice tone. I have another Fernando Stratocaster na din kasi, I don't think unique series yung tawag dun, pero bihira akong makakita ng ganung model - yung vintage lacquer yung finish ng neck and FAT Strat siya.

My FAT Strat sounds nice, pero parang hindi ako solve sa feel niya. Then I bought my first S-S-S strat yesterday, it almost blew me away! Haha.

This is my second Fernando Guitar, and this is my verdict for the Unique Series Strat:

Price - 10/10
(If you're on a really tight budget, this is the way to go!)
Performance - 9/10
(Performance rating is subjective naman, hehe I'm sure there are others who are less fascinated with Fernando Unique Strats, but for me, this guitar has the right tone and the right feel. I adjusted lang the pickup height to fit my taste, pero other than that, wala akong marereklamo. It's a keeper

im planning to buy po kasi kung fernando unique hss strat alder body or squier bullet hss strat basswood body. ano po bang mas maganda ang tunog regardless sa tatak?
la po kasi ako masampolan ng bullet

I really dont know whats up with my fernando unique series parker fly copy. Hahaha. I cant let it go. Hahaha. Maybe it has a sentimental value. It is good enough for me the action was high but after some modifications done. The playability of it was improved.

In terms of strat bodies, I'd go with the fernando dahil alder yung gamit na kahoy... Okay naman yung bullet squire. May na test ako noon, 3 stratocaster. 1 unique series, 1 bullet squire, and 1 RJ strat. My ears when for the RJ, then unique series, then bullet squire. Maybe that's on me lang din. Try and test which of the two satisfies your ear.
