Hi Everyone! Has anyone ordered stuff from Guitar Center(www.guitarcenter.com) using PH based debit cards?
I'm currently in a huge hassle right now wherein my orders were cancelled due to verification issues(which I verified). To re-process my order, they want me to pay another $600 which will be debited in my account again.
Baka may naka-experience na nito sainyo mga mam/ser. Di ko alam kung anong magandang gawin. I guess the questions are.
1. Kailan maisasauli sa bank account ko yung initial $600 na dinebit nila sakin kasi based sa e-mail nila 5-7 days daw for re-crediting which I think only works for credit card transactions
2. Should I still re-process my order kahit na dinebit na nila ako ng $600 nung una
Any experiences or any inputs would be highly appreciated at this point in time.

call your bank. request for a return. they will know the next steps. it differs per bank. once you sort things out with you bank, call guitar center naman.

Thank you sa mga inputs mga ser. Nakipagusap na ako sa bank as suggested. Will file a return request of the funds tapos also coordinated with Guitar Center, sabi nila they can just use the old authorization number with a new order number. Ang problema lang nabenta na daw yung mga gusto ko. Haaaaay. Hassle.
Will just push through with the bank option nalang muna for the meantime.
Thank you mga ser

check mo rin yung conversion/exchange rate with the bank. most likely, mas mababa yung makukuha mong refund due to difference in exchange rate.
