I was really impressed with Corporate Lo-Fi when I saw them live. So they get my vote. I like my hiphop played LIVE and mixed with jazz horns  8-) Kelvin Yu of Itchyworms plays bass - I had no idea he could play like that!

If anyone here knows the band, please hook me up with mp3s from their upcoming album so I can play them on the PhilMusic Podcast.

sa US naman i would go for six sign, roscoe umali, and some other local artists.. i first went to southborder concert ksi my friends(sixsign) were performing and i thought southborder was pretty good.  really professional

Local acts that really shizzle are South Border and K24/7

sa rap/hip hop scene, Masta Plann is still on my list as well as Kulay. Too bad Boom Dayupay decided to leave the 'pinas top pursue greener pastures in the states.
