2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650, Z650 unveiled

Kawasaki Motors Corporation recently unveiled the 2017 Ninja 650 and the Z650 naked sports which will replace the ER-6f sportsbike and ER-6n naked sports.

With the 649 cc DOHC eight-valve parallel-twin derived from the ER-6 bikes, Kawasaki claimed that both motorcycles produce an output of 68 PS at 8,000 rpm and 65.7 Nm of torque. Also, both engines benefit from electronic fuel injection (EFI) along with twin dual valve 36mm throttle bodies.

i-ACT To Strictly Enforce Motorcycle Lane Policy Starting Monday, Nov. 14


As one of the initiatives to improve traffic condition in the metropolis, the Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (i-ACT) will strictly enforce the motorcycle lane policy along EDSA, C-5, Macapagal Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue starting Monday next week, November 14.
Prior to its stringent implementation of the use of the motorcycle lane along the said thoroughfares, i-ACT, along with members of the Motorcycle Philippines Federation (MCPF), will conduct trial runs on Saturday and Sunday to familiarize and orient all motorcycle riders on the policy. 
Aside from educating and instilling road discipline among motorcyclists, MMDA General Manager Tim Orbos said strictly enforcing the motorcycle lane will ease the traffic situation on the roads and reduce the number of fatal accidents involving motorbikes.

       Sana gawin din nila na strict na motorcycle lane lang at passing lane lang sa mga sasakyan.
       nung nagmomotor pa ako (although di ako palagi sa edsa or commonwealth) may mga instances na either bus or kotse ang naka tutok sa likod.

At kung may motorcycle lane na, tigilan na yung pagsampa sa sidewalk. Unless papatayin nyo ang makina, bababa kayo sa motor at ilalakad nyo lang dun.

nga pala kwentohan ko lang kayo, may nagpost sa fb, RG group ata or MRO, conversation with MMDA chat

ang nilinaw ay regarding sharing ng motorcycle lane, so allowed daw ang hindi motorcycle pero pag mag overtake lang. bawal mag stay. kung sakali na magtrapik bigla at nasa motorcycle lane ang 4 wheel or up, "DAPAT" apprehend. si motorcycle bawal mag filter kapag traffic (hussle)..
