Minsan nakakatawa din yung mga ganitong sitwasyon eh, technically (or by law) mali si bruno mars, pero teka, eh larawan nya naman yun ah? And di naman niya pinagkakitaan yung picture, harmless post lang sa Instagram. So ang imahe mo ba eh pwede gamitin ng kahit sino? Or di ko pagaari? Kung iisipin mo yung issue medyo komplikado no?

eh kasi, 'muhrica - where lawsuits are a way of life.  :-D

ganun talaga if youre a big artist and racking money. make one mistake of posting a photo of some photog without asking permission or giving credit, yun na simula ng ka-ching roll.

it is wrong to post someone elses photo without asking permission. madali naman ibigay yung permiso eh. pero ito, may instragram filter pa. kahit ako maiirita dahil insulto yun sa artistry nung photog.
