HELP: EON cyber account problem

hi po, i have a problem can u help me on this please? ngkaproblem po kasi ako sa EON account activation ko kasi when i enrolled to EON cyberaccount online banking i accidentally missed to type my account name, i used my nick instead  :cry:  and when the internet security administrator try to check it there was an error on my account name and they cannot processed,.. tanong ko po, pwede ko pa bang maedit yung account name ko??

i am hoping for a reply.
