choosing the delete option would mean rebooting and wait for avast to "clean up" the virus, kaso di pa rin naman naayos kasi next time na gamitin ko lit ayun na naman lalabas na ulit yung notice ng avast

kapag ignore naman minsan bigla nawawala dock ko at mga icons minsan naman hinde,

kaya nagrerestart yan pag dinidelete mo kasi yung virus is running in your system under system process (svchost,winlogon etc),
try to turn off your system restore, tapos update your antivirus, boot in safe mode then full scan. install ka rin po ng anti spyware then full scan rin para malinis yung mga registry errors, a antivirus + spybot is very effective. goodluck.
