HELP 20-25kbudget CPU BUILD

sa mga sanay magbuo ng cpu patulong mga sir...
CPU - para sa recording, pambahay at konting gaming, hindi na kasi kaya ng acer lappy ko ang 35-40 tracks sa sonar8 (avg. of 2 plugins per track) palagi na ang dropout at crack...

nagtanong ako sa isang computer shop/store ng mga parts na available...

1. processor - i7 3660k
2. board - asus (daw... la ko idea kung ano)
3. vidcard - 1gb (suggestions please... yung pwede dual monitors, overkill ba ang 2gb?)
4. hdd - 1TB
5. ddr3 8gb

kaya ba ng budget na 20-25K LAHAT? including PSU, FANS, CASING etc...

may P4 CPU ako nakatambak dito,
-dvd drive kaso walang writer
-another cd drive with writer (CD writer)
-40gb HDD
-pwede ko pa kaya magamit yung power supply nya o kelangan na rin palitan? ano pa kaya mga pyesa pwede gamitin from the old cpu?
