Either will do, but research motherboard compatibility with your soundcard first.

DAW Softwares and DAW PRO Audio Interface requires chipset compatibilities.

Like for example if you're going firewire audio interface... They require TI (Texas Instruments) Chipset for most firewire audio interface for smoother transfer.

And atleast you have solid capacitors in your mobo if you're really serious in bulding a DAW

no. trip ko lang mag-OT. wala akong pakialam sa DAW nung nag-post ako. i was hitting on the imminent entry of DDR3 support and backwards compatibility with older processors.

sadyang magulo ngayon ang labanan ng board chipsets. hehehe.
