Zoom G2.1u
Zoom G7.1ut
Zoom G9.1utt

lahat niyan ay pwede iconnect sa PC via USB pero i don't think pwede ka mag-edit ng patches or settings via the PC.. you only use that USB thingy for recording purposes.. tweaking and editing patches ay gagawin mo parin sa mismong unit..

the newer models have a tool for editing patches on the PC (like the G2.1nu), pero, kung kabisado mo naman na knobs at switches sa unit mismo at maganda naman pandinig mo, kaya naman eh!

wala ka naman PC sa stage kung kelangan mag-edit ng patch on the spot before a gig! hahaha, sanayin narin sarili sa unit mismo

their pedals build quality suck.

the q3 and h4n models are decent. had my 13 since december last year and it went through storms, provinces and it's still OK. Helps if you have a semi hard case for it.  :-D

Wet the switch with Lacquer Thinner. wait, if you mean the rotaries, its usually the ribbon cable that's at fault. Yup that happenned to my unit already and I fixed it by patching the ribbon cable with ordinary wire.

^yup, may issues din.. when i use to have my g9, nagkaproblema ang LCD nito after 3 days lang when i bought it. the LCD won't display any character (the one that will display the patch name), pero ok naman ang 2-digit, 7-segment (the one that indicates user/preset #). :-( yun, nasira tuloy honeymoon period namin.. so bought it back to the dealer and was returned to me 3 weeks later..  :x

and after that hindi na nagloko ang unit, it has served me for almost 3 years before i sold it.

^^^ Dude, its a good thing we have Philmusic, if you want to buy it, Go
You have these nice folks as your support system when you have to replace switches and other components of Zoom products with better ones.

I started this thread for guys like me who prefers the stock look of their stuff. Actually, its hard for me to replace the unit coz aside from the fact that I have low funds right now, my GFX-3 and I shared some nice memories (senti!).

Yup I think that's the problem! There's no clicking sound whenever I rotate it.  :-( How do I repair this one?
