Thanks for the info bro. But i'm only looking for the bridge assembly alone. Not the whole guitar. I have a Tele here that I want to convert to a 58 Tele Topload at least for the looks.

Why not order from our shippers? Try spankyrigor, he can help you get one from WD Music.  :-)

Thanks for the suggestion bro!

Actually that was my first option. But I am still hoping that something would pop on the classifieds. :) If this one doesnt work out this week, I might consider ordering online nalang. Thanks! :)

there are a lot of pickups for the tele.. seymour, lace, fralins, keystones, dimarzio to name a few.. you can check out youtube for demos.. and also what kind of music do you listen to? hard rock? blues? country?

define what is the "masarap na tunog" sounds like for you.. your "masarap na tunog" maybe different from mine and for the others as well.. do you like humbuckers or single coils? clean? overdriven?

In my opinion, I feel that the twanginess of a telecaster makes it different from the rest..
You don't choose the guitar, it chooses you.

If at any point in time you cannot afford a particular guitar, don't play it. If it chooses you, you have to buy it.  If you simply can't beg, steal, or borrow, you will eventually die of a broken heart..

It was a bad idea for my to pick up some pedal jumpers at my favorite guitar store two weeks ago.  By the way, plug (you'll have to check the photo section to see who has stopped by to either browse or actually purchase gear there):

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Emerald-City-Guitars/241172603279

Anyway, going down there for the purchase, I found out that their G&L guitars were on sale.  I've since been haunted by the image of the G&L ASAT Classic with a walnut finish.  They knocked off $60 and took out the tax for the full price of the guitar.  Fast forward to this evening after work.  I stopped by the store to finally pull the trigger to get it.

I was happy playing the thing when I got home.  I put it through its paces and really love that trebly bridge pickup.  I'll post photos later for your gear porn pleasure.

wow! what a lineup! i was especially impressed with the santana and the billy gibbons shot. must be nice to live in seattle.

congrats on your NGD (new guitar day)! please post pics of that G&L soon.

here's a picture of me with my classic vibe when i bought it a year ago. i don't think i've posted this on the tele thread yet:
