hi sir ralph. still the same. ang mganda lang kasi is napakadami kong kumain for the past 3 weeks. kanin kung kanin. softdrinks. sweets.
lamon ang peg. pero hindi ako nag gain.  opkors i still follow my window. 

about sa pagpapababa ng weight, hindi ako nagmamadali  sa ngayon so monitor-monitor lang muna. good news lang na improved na ung metabolism ko.   :-D

Asa trip ako since thursday. Hindi makapag IF.  Wha pakisama kung d ako sasabay sa ibang meals. Need bumawi paguwi.

Started IF with keto last June 4, lost 12 pounds so far. Okay naman siya.  Am on 16:8.

Haha oi brewed coffee at stevia lang un. Tas yung all purpose cream approved sa Keto un wehehe. Thanks frenship hehe. Pag nasimulan ko naman at nakikita ko ung result ayoko sirain. Sanay na din naman ako sa mga ganito kasi nagmilitary diet ako dati imbes na 3 days naka 3 mos lol. Wala naman ako mashado stress lately so I think smooth sailing naman. Sana. Wag lang ijinx ni Robin!!hahahahahahahaha

Nagweigh ulet ako kanina. Bale 14 lbs na nabawas. Dagdag din yung pakainet. Pinapawisan ako kahit nakaupo lang hahaha. Pero may times na bumabalik pa isa isang lb tas mwawala ulet. 

Need ko tlaga ayusin to kase last blood sugar check ko mejo mataas. So ayun.

Thanks friendshiiiip! hehe nako andami ko pa stevia. Ansabe naman nung iba Equal Gold daw. pero okay naman ako sa Stevia so far. :)) Saka parang wala siya sa list ng allowed dun sa group na sinalihan ko. Nabasa ko din to:

mahal ang equal gold hahaha yung excelsa 187 for 500 packets haha sulit!

disrupt ketosis, eh I lost 155 pounds na while taking excels/splenda almost everyday hahaha

haha in some people nga daw. Saka easiest access sakin yung stevia. Pag nakapaglibot sa grocery hehe hanapin ko yan. pero andami ko pa kasi stevia. sa coffee lang ako nagsweetener pag naisipan ko lagyan ng cocoa pero normally black lang tlga. Ung coffee jelly ko with stevia di rin ako nakaubos e hahahahaha, nanay at tatay ko

Ayyyy antaray sa 155 lbs. kaya idol kita e hehehe
