I would like to seek your help on holding the sale/swap of this Gibson LPJ 2013 model.
I've swap this guitar to one of our forum mate last April to his Fender American Stratocaster 60th Anniversary Sunburst.
Unfornately this Fender Stratocater 60th Anniv was a "Stolen Guitar" from January 2014.
When I'm about to sell the guitar from "OLX.PH", the real owner entraped me by making a deal that she/he will buy it, the Fender Guitar is now in custody of Police Station 2 (Masambong Q.C).
Our forum mate promise that he will help me resolve the issue and clear my name but there's no reply from him for the last two weeks after the incident happen.
This forum mate now is waiting to be summoned in Q.C Hall RTC this month since he's not cooperating anymore,
hopefully by the end of the day I'm gonna get my Gibson LPJ back and let him face the issue of his Fender Guitar on his own.
Sir Eric (Tonefreak) and Sir Micsis was adviced regarding this issues.
Thank you guys, sorry mods for posting such issue in the forum.
This is the Fender Am Stratocaster 60th that's in custody of Police Station 2.
