New Description: Now DrumMania XG is more like a Drum Kit with Game!
not a Game with a Drum Kit anymore

ang Drummania nga pala po is parang "O2 jam" pero yung notes nya is drum notes, ang electronic pads ang gamit hehe



nakakatulong din po ba ito para sa reading ng notes? at sa consistency?

parang real drums talaga sya pwera lang sa ibang notes na iba ang tunog sa real drums hehe

almost 2years na ako naglalaro ng drum mania...

and yes, playing this helped me alot kung consistency paguusapan...

pero yung dynamics pati notes parang hindi....


nakatulong din yung machine na toh ma-practice yung left hand ko, lalo na pag nasa expert level.. pero onti lang yung songs nila na nakakatulong talaga, at yung iba nakaka [grape]

tama sir magandang practice sa left hand hehe

mas ok po yung mga kantang puro bitin yung beat hehe

like yung infinite hehe, malaking tulong sa independence hehe  :-D

The first game that made me get into drums since 2005. Some songs can improve your independence and consistency but some charts (e.g. The Least 100 sec, Children's Sketchbook) are pure BS because you don't normally hit those rolls in a real kit!

Note: Most drummers who have played Drummania first before playing a real kit develop stiff overall movements due to sightreading of notes (I'm an example).

playing drummania also helped me boost my confidence lalo na pag nag peperform sa harap ng crowd.  :lol:

@vhinming

hehe, oo nga.. minsan nga nag kinakabisado ko na yung pattern ng songs tapos

max speed + dark hidden + stealth + reverse = pwnage

yung tipong wala ka nang makikita sa screen  :lol:

kaya kahit nasa drummania or real kit ako iniiwasan ko yung stiff movements.

anyways, nagdadala ako ng sariling sticks pag naglalaro nito kase kung yung sticks ng machine yung gagamitin mo...

sigurado sasakit lang kamay mo :lol:

I hate these type of games
.....

Im the time of drummer na anything goes... I really hate this games.... parang nung Dance revolution way back PS1... hahaha I hate that too....

haha ako po yung Taisetsu Na Mono hehehe super kabisado ko na sya hehe pero hindi naman sa level na SS hehe S lang po max hehehe ang saya po kasi kapag wala na makita hehehe

minsan sir try mo Hid+Sud+Rev tapos 0.5 yung speed hahahaha! ang kulet XD hehehe
 ayun, naglalaro po ako karaniwan sa Victory mall after school hehe

dadaan din naman ako kaya palo na hehehe, astig din kapag madaming nanonood hehe akala nila madali hahaha!

i agree, mapapasok mo lang yung drumming skills mo dito pag expert songs na yung tinutugtog mo...

kailangan mo parin mag simula sa basics para malaman yung mechanics ng game, then sigurado ako after a week or two magagawa mo na yung expert songs.

I still hate this type of games...... never got the hang of looking at the screen and following some colored icons coming down, timing it... I really do... I more freestyle.. not a technical kind of guy... even sa drumming ko, freestyle talaga ako.... in every genre ata ng music napaluan ko even those hip-hop people (Salbakuta style) yuck... pumayag lang ako nun because nakiusap lang hiphop cousin ko...

back to the topic... more of CounterStrike, Special Forces guy ako.. sniper!!!!

Lagi ako naglalaro nito dati lalo na sa Synergy sa SM Megamall nung Highschool pako.

Nakakatulong siya sa totoo lang! Basic muna then Expert na  :-D

yep, same here...

i still get a chance to play this machine everytime na dumadaan ako sa timezone, kaso lang yung mga lumang songs lang yung nakakaya ko  :lol:

once na umabot ka na sa expert level dito, saka mo mararamdaman na nakakatulong siya sa drumming skills eh  :lol:

tama , pag "extreme" level na ng kanta as in yung mismong palo na ng kanta yung lalabas na notes,..

kagaya nalang nang "Greenday: Basketcase" Grabe di ka na mahihirapan makinig sa fills, dahil nasa nota na mismo , babasahin nalang  :wink:

Di ko na try maglaro nito...
for the following reasons...
1.Di ko alam yung mga kanta...
2.Parang di realistic yung drumming nya...
3.Daming naglalaro hirap pumila...
4.Kapag walang naglalaro isa lang meaning nun....
SIRA!!!
Mas trip ko yung "Doogi-Doogi" real drum kit junior size...
Wala nga lang alam yung mga staff ng arcade about sa maintenance...
Tapos yung mga songs real pero putol...
May Black Sabbath, Metallica, Bon Jovi pati Avril Lavinge...
Kaya bottom line... Bitin ka kapag naglaro ka...
