Just a quick question mga sirs, is this the same process to make a neck look and feel like "laminated" or glossy?? thanks brothers.

the intent is to pop the grain, usually some after applying this will rub with steel wool to remove the layer applied, but yes you can gloss up the neck with 2 layers or more

the best way to find out is to test it on scrap wood similar to your guitar.   :-)

letter L on LSA stands for lubricant... IMHO this is for metal parts, not wood

Widen your search and look for Tung Oil Finish as well. The feel and its method of application are more or less the same as Tru Oil. A few online sellers even ship them worldwide.

just spray clear top coat urethane paint, its better and more durable.

true, but the method here was to pop the grain which clear coat doesnt
