Jun hirap ng Lazer pedals. Yung sakin kasi, yung left pedal may base tapos yung kanan wala. Tapos ang beater pinalitan ko ng Gibraltar pero ganun pa din, ang hirap kasi di mai-set ng ayos ayon sa gusto mong settings pero good training na rin sakin yun. Weights? ganon talaga problem ng Lazer, yun ang pinakamahirap gawin kung kaya man gawin hehehehe...

oo tol ganyan na ganyan ang lazer.
naranasan mo ba nung mag shift ka ng pedal eh sobra kang nanibago dahil nga unang una hindi pantay ang weight ng lazer. sakin grabe pag adjust ko sobrang hirap. nagsisisi ako kung bakit ako nag lazer. sana kahit nag sonor man lang ako dati.

pag pangit ang hitsura at tunog ng cymbal...papalitan ko. pag marami ang potholes ng snare syempre hindi masarap tugtugan mo pag mukha ng snare puno sa acne! nyahahahahahahahaha

papalitan ko ng snare ko. pag singtigas ng acclerator ng truck ang pedal...di palitan ng pedal na malambot! pag wala ka ng sarling gamit...magdusa ka na lang sa gamit ng bar ... and still rock on! nyahahahahahahahahahahah

dito sa pamp dpat tlga dala ka ng crash cymbal.
minsan pedal at snare stand pag medyo minamalas na tlga sa available na drums.

I always bring my kit with me to a gig.... I replace everything except for the kick drum I only put that up if they have a space for another kit...

tama ang mga sinasabi ni koko. its all in your head. kahit lubak luabk na ang drumset ng venue, kahit kalahati nalang ang cymbal...its how you project your sound that counts. kumusta mo ako ki pareng koko..hanap ng hanap siya sa akin dito sa cebu.

just to share my thoughts..

i enjoyed reading this topic kaya lang hindi ako masyado maka-relate.

female vocalist ako and a voice coach at kiber ko masyado sa drumset

hehe

just last year i have decided to take up some drumming lessons kaya

lang wala pako time until now. my father is a musician/lead guitarist/

lead vocalist and arranger he teaches voice lessons also and guitar

lessons. though i grew up with what so called 'musically-inclined-family'

mejo nadeadma ko drumset na nakaset up sa bahay namin dati

after magpractice ng banda ni dad hehe ngayon interesado na talaga ko

magaral,even my father's drummer could teach me e wala pa lang ako

time. sana next time may mashare na rin ako regarding this certain

topic hehe

nice one! if you have time nah, pursue to learn the drums! im always happy to see a girl drumming! and besides, that's one thing you dont see everyday! babaeng nagddrums.. sa ngayon ang alam ko lang na babaeng drummer, ung sa carpenters, paramita.. local artists.. hehehe.. aun and i suggest you check out the videos of Hilary JOnes, Cindy Blackman, Shiela E., and Camille Gainer sa Drummerworld.com

snare, yan kasi ung pinaka voice ng drums para sa akin, pedals, kasi lahat tayo may iba-ibang technique, cymbals with stand(hehehe) kasi minsan kulang ang stands and biyak ung cymbals sa ibang bars, o-rings, depende lang un sa kit, and of course sticks, around 4 pairs at least, depende sa genre.

totoo yan, pag magaling talaga ang tumutugtog, nagiiba ang tunog ng drums. At isa pa, pag ikaw ang nakikinig instead na naglalaro, parang masmaganda ang tunog. hehe.

after nung gig nmen sa isang production sa Party Avenue sa Timog na hindi ren natuloy dahil inusog kme ng inusog hanggang mag umaga, npansin ko n ung dset dun eh, ung snare stand, and baba! tas ung upuan, monoblock lng.. hay.. kaya npagtanto ko na ang dpat kong palitan tuwing gig, ay Throne and snare stands! khet sa ibang bar applicable ren.. ehehehhe.. matangkad kasi akong tao.. kaya hirap ako sa *lowered* na setup! heheheh

minsan kailangan palitan yung whole set eh! kasi yung drumset sobrang laspag na...(yung cymbal nakalagay sa sirang mic stand, yung floor tom walang stand, yung snare parang nanggaling sa payatas (lalo na yung pedal!

minimum...snare drum tsaka kick pedal. the pedal is like sticks...you're more used to playing the same kind all the time so do so.

parang may gantong threAd na ah.. but anyways... dati, di ko iniiwan sa bahay ang snare, cymbals, extra stand (pati hihat stand), pedal, saka stiks! yung drum key nasa coin purse ko kaya lagi kong dala anywhere i go.. wahehehehe... but sad to say.. wala na ung mga gamit ko.. nibenta ko na. stix na lang ang meron ako saka drum key... wahhehehehe
