I've been on a diet, kamote,itlog,baby potatoes diet to be exact. Baligtad kasi araw ko, sa gabi ako gising dahil sa work. So I start my day at 7pm by a cup of rice tsaka ulam (kung ano man luto ni misis sa bahay). Magbabaon ako ng 1 medium sized nilagang kamote at 2 hard boiled eggs tapos baby potatoes on alternate days. I usually consume those at 12mn-1am. A cup of coffee before I start working then a cup of hot milo a couple of hours before I head home. Pag-uwi sa bahay, 2-3 piece pandesal o Gardenia then a cup of hot milk. Been doing this for more than a month na and so far nawala yung mala beer belly ko. Kaso, hindi na ako nakakapagwork out sa gym kaya nawala yung firmness though may "kaha" pa rin ako.

Health benefits so far are no more aching knees tsaka masarap na matulog sa araw. I used to sleep for just 3 to 4 hours pero ngayon, minimum na ang 6 hours.

16:8 sa  intermittent fasting just means not eating anything ng 16hrs , then ang eating window time lang is ung remaining na 8 hrs of the day. Yung 20:4 na ginagawa ni sir ralph, 20 hrs syang hindi kakain. Then kakain lang sya within his 4 hr eating window time.  Depende na sa preference ng tao kung pano nya issked basta ganon ung count ng oras per day.

Meron din 5:2.  5 days ka na you will eat normally within a week. Then 2 days kang nganga. Haha.  Pipili ka ng any 2 days of the week na dka kakain. Pwede naman daw kumain pero low calories lang. - mga 500 to 600 cal lang per fast day

Ay oo nga. Y not cheat, minsan lang naman. Haha.    Gang 4pm lang  eating window tym  ni sir ralph. Mukhang no choice syang mapacheat sa march 2. : D

Lunch out, dinner out wala pa problema sakin kc sakop pa ng time ko. Need lang agahan ung dinner talaga. Struggle minsan pag after tugz. Normally matatapos ng 10pm tas mgkakayayaan lumafang after, libre pa. Coffee and kain cla, ako nganga kc dna pwede. Or pag inabot ng midnight sa galaan, un ung masarap ikain e- midnyt snacks. Kaso magpipigil nalang.  12 to 8 ako e.

pag may mga expected days na mataas ang intake, yung day before mag ooffset na ako ng either exercise, or bawas kain sa Day-1. so Friday, mag babasketball ako niyan solid para maoffset ang inom sa March 2 hahahaha
