I own a stock strat and i havent used its trem arm for the reason that it goes terribly out of tune when i bend it. Ive tried to tighten the spring claws at the back, then added an extra spring. when i added the extra spring, the bridge did not "float" anymore so i decided to take it out. Im using standard .9 gauge strings. What are the other possible upgrades to stop it from detuning.
