Caught Sitti's Bossa Rocks concert at the Music Museum last night.
Was quite pleased. She's grown immensely since her 1st major concert last year. Sings in tune. Classy phrasing. Good time.
And she was very relaxed and in command of the stage and the crowd. Galeng. Astig.
Also had the pleasant surprise of discovering the timbral quality of Sitti's lower register. No trace of the nasality which often plagues her upper register. Sa madaling salita, powtah, ang gara pala ng timbre ng lower register ni Sitti.
Color me impressed. On a scale of one to ten, i give last night's concert an eight.
Oh... and she was exceptionally gorgeous last night.
