diba matagal ng banda ang Bad Religion ? sino nag rip ng kanta nila ? matagal ko na sila nakikita 94 or 96 pa yata sa mga guitar magazines ?

if you missed my earlier post in this thread, valley of chrome's "forever young" sounds exactly like the intro for bad religion's "american jesus".

actually ung early albums ng atreyu tunog valley of chrome except for the growl.

ala lng heheheheh kakatawa lng they sound like that hehehhehe

Hehe.. we don't deny we somewhat ripped off 'American Jesus', most of our supporters know that. People always ask us that question and we always say yeah ripped it off, but only the solo guitar line. Jordan (our bassist) came up with the idea of taking the riff and incorporating it into a "metal" song intro just for fun, and it ended up being our most recognizable songs haha :D The idea was to make it sound like Iron Maiden-ish (Maiden are a big influence on us) that's why we added the minor third harmony on our intro for 'Forever Young'.

Bakit hindi? Hindi naman namin kinopya ung buong kanta eh, yung intro lang nasa ibang key pa nmin gnawa. Hehe pero honestly kung pasok nga kami hindi namin tutugtugin yun :D Sawang-sawa na rin kmi ksi dun, kumbaga parang yun ung "Sweet Child O'Mine" nmin gasgas na :D
