mga sir..

bakit ganun kahit nag stretching ako sa simula , pag nag jog ako lage sumasakit yung right side ko sa ibaba ng ribs? nakaka bitin tuloy magpa pawis..

hmm.. try ko nga.. di ko talaga alam bakit ganun eh..ang nasa isp ko nga baka kinukulang ng hangin katawan ko eh hehe

proper breathing lang yan bro pag mabilis na ang jog mo dapat mabilis na din ang breathing mo.

men the best gawin mo, stretching after jogging not before jogging, warm mo walk or brisk walk.

stretching before jog is the right thing to do! NOT AFTER
pagkapatapos ka na magjog just maintain your normal speed of walking,s'ka magpahinga,nakatayo at mag inhale,exhale.

kung di naman nangyayari yung ganyan sayo dati,ask the doctor kung bakit sumasakit yung lower part ng right rib mo.

Sabi ng tatay ko, i-tighten ko daw yung abdominal muscles ko while running. Medyo mahirap sa simula, pero pag nasanay ka na, mawawala na rin yung pain. It also helps your breathing (ala 4x4). This worked for me. Malay mo it will work for you.  :wink:

tapos maintain mo yung pagtakbo kahit 2-3 times a week lang..

i used to jog before i had a really nasty knee injury..the first time i did it, halos mamutla ako sa kapos ng hininga ko..after 15 mins of slow running, the adrenaline goes pumping..i can maintain a constant speed for 30 mins without stopping..tapos magbabagal na ko..then complete stop..walang hingal..took me 3 weeks to figure out how to normalize my breathing tuwing tumatakbo..but again, i busted my knee.. brisk walking pa lang tumutunog na sya at parang nag squeak..nagbalik na lang ako sa cardio bike..

Walkathon muna then jogging tapos pag napagod walkathon ulit. Yun na yung pahinga mo.

nangyayari sakin yan pag naka 4km-5km na ako ,but after i hydrate it disappear na lang..i guess proper hydration the day before you run will cure it.and proper breathing technique.stretch your lower muscles before and after is alright.  :wave:

alam ko SIDE STITCH ang tawag po dyan, breath normally, inhale (thru your nose), exhale (thru your mouth), mawawala din yung sakit, nangyare na din po sa kin yan.. ma overcome mo din po yan... thanks
