also check out atlas guitars (www.guitarandpickup.com) ....lots of prs copies from thailand..i wonder why our country cant produce good quality guitars/copies?? buti pa thailand...humahabol..hehe

seriously, most of the small local luthiers stay small because they can't make products that local artists are willing to endorse. I'd bet if more local acoustic groups started using Lumanog guitars instead of Taylors and Ovations, the market would change for the better. Colonial programming kasi. Pero kaya naman natin e. naunahan nga natin ang Parker sa paggawa ng Fly-shaped guitar na walang composite shell (pasyal ka lang ng Sta. Mesa, andami na). All we need is a little polishing up sa manufacturing and a lot of endorsements.
