Let me answer my own question. I've already tested the Gopherwood G210 yesterday and I was impressed!
It looks good, feel good, and it sounds good! I've tested Phoebus PG-20, PG-30, & PG-40 last week(since I bought my gf a PG-20) and I would say,
G210>>PG-20 (for the same price!)
G210>PG-40

For budget friendly acoustic guitar, I'll definitely recommend it.

acoustic guitar. helps to master the dynamics of playing and it builds finger strength as well.

they are totally different animals though. I suggest the acoustic lang kasi mas medaling iplay (no amps needed). hence, mas medaling magpractice.

IMHO, kung balak mo mag-banda (but not acoustic band) o kung gusto mag-aral ng maglead, electric guitar.
pero kung bahay lang o kaya gusto mo fingerstyle, acoustic. depende talaga sa gusto mo matutunan na skill set.

Thanks as always papi Ralph! It is pretty obvious na mas gusto ko nang pagtuunan ng pansin gitara ngayon kesa sa drums due to some medical conditions. Anyway, planning to buy an acoustic kasi and electric as well. But I know I can't have it both as of the moment so pili lang muna ng isa. I have an acoustic guitar since 2001 pa, Global, taas ng "action", plastic body, parang ewan, kaya gusto ko sana bumili ng Phoebus. But, naisip ko kahit pano pwede pa naman magamit tong acoustic na to. Nagagawa naman niya trabaho niya kahit pano. So there, decided to hunt for an electric. Why ko naman gusto magka electric? May acoustic naman kasi kahit pano, tsaka ever since sa gitara, trip ko na talaga mga Blues na tugtugan. So I want to learn blues. Pwede naman daw sa acoustic at electric yon. I don't know ha? Maybe this is just me acting like a kid again or playing smart. I don't know.

Thanks boss skrumian! Gusto ko matuto best of both, Rhythm and Lead. Somehow I understand rhythm since drums talaga hinahawakan ko, but like what I mentioned above, medyo tigil muna due to medical conditions.  So since may alam naman decently kahit pano sa rhythm, gusto ko naman matutunan theory ng lead. Gusto ko rin sana fingerstyle sa acoustic, kaya lang mukhang mahaba haba pang biyahe yon at kailangan ko ng teacher talaga. Hehe.

then go electric na paps. seems that you have already made up your mind na rin I still recommend you buy a good acoustic though. still beats having to plug into an amp every single time.

hmmmm the ZT has more features than the AC40 (Louder, phantom power, extension cab option, effects loop) however, I think that the AC40 will sound better as it has 2 speakers, making a bigger and fuller sound.

it would be like this:

if you want to be loud and heard, get the ZT. if you want to sound good, get the AC40.
