Mga Sir/Mam,
Hope you can help me sa problem ko. I have an iPod Touch 3rd gen 32gb, updated with IOS 4.0, never been jailbroken, nabili ko sa PowerMac Festival Mall. I also have an iPod Nano 4th gen 8gb, bought last year & updated din ang OS. My older brother has an iPod Nano 4th gen 16gb, updated OS as well. My laptop and his PC both have the updated version of iTunes (10.1). Here's the problem. Minsang ginamit ko WIN OS PC nya (to save on electricity) to charge my iTouch, hindi na-recognize ung unit. Error message says: "Charging is not supported by this accessory". So, ok fine, whatever...ung Nano ko na lang. Aba, nung sinaksak ko Nano, hindi rin umubra. It kept on Connecting, tapos Synchronizing, then OK to Disconnect, paulit-ulit lang. I tried to use his cable that came with the iPod, firewire ata tawag dun. Kinabit ko Touch, tapos Nano -- ganun pa rin. In short, hindi ko ma-charge Nano and Touch ko sa computer nya. What's ironic is, wala namang nagiging problema when my brother plugs in his Nano sa PC nya.
Any known solutions to this, aside from using my laptop na lang which by the way, has WIN OS din?
I don't think it has something to do with the OS, cable, or iTunes versions.
