Happy new year sa lahat!

Note: Super newbie here when it comes to setting up e-kits.

Just wanna ask po what's the best way to bring out the sound of this Electric kit. (Alesis DM10x)

I really have no idea what I should do kasi kaka kuha ko lang po nito. Been using acoustic kit before pero had to get an e-kit cause condo life.

My current setup is 2 konzert speakers, 1 amplifier and a mixer (forgot the name of the mixer) -- in the pic background.
--basically the speakers and mixer are really old and I need advice po

-whats the best speaker / system and or keyboard amp to replace the old ones.
-Also, what's a good mixer to go with it? (ok po ba ung behringer 2-4way channel mixer na may usb)

----------------------

Any advice po sana would be great! Also, I upgraded the cymbals to Gen16 A/E so dag-dag po sa sound input. -- ito itchura

-------

Ito po ung current set-up ko ngayon. Sorry if super newbie na tanong and thank you ulit!  :cute:

hu? complete naman setup mo. your existing gear will work. all you need are cables (TR to TR) from your dm10 to mixer and another (TR to TR) from the gen16 module to the mixer.

TR = tip / ring or commonly known as 1/4" mic jack.
make sure na 1 black line yung nasa tip tulad ng nasa pic. there is another with 2 lines, di mo kailangan yun. 2 lines will work too but more expensive.

pwede rin gen16 output to aux in ng dm10 kaso gagamit ka pa ng TR to RCA cable.

the best sounding setup is to get custom in-ears https://www.facebook.com/FlipEars/ and a butt kicker http://www.thebuttkicker.com/ but will be much more expensive than your dm10 hehehe

+1. kumpleto ka na po brother. I think routing nalang and cables ang kailangan mo :)

kung gusto mo naman palitan na talaga yung speakers, get active speakers na siguro like the SAMSON AURO.
hahaha ako binibiyak ko muna yung wetpaks para makita kung may yellow thingy hahahaha

thing is, ampanget ng tunog ng sound library ng dm10 module :D better route to a laptop/pc then run superior drummer 2 or whatever you like, then route the laptop/pc output to your speakers.

maybe use the blue jay sound library for the dm10 you might get slightly better than stock sounds.
matututo kaya ako magdrums? kelan kaya iyon...
